Vegas update...Counter!

I got a counter on turquoise! The counter is $95,000. I'm hanging tough with my $90,000. Seems like tiny details to me ( I said $90,000, thank you). I'm excited to see what I learn on this one! Most of you veterans are probably yelling at me....."TAKE IT!!" Nope.

Way to go Kelly! I don't consider myself a true vet yet, but I'm definitely not yelling TAKE IT...I think you're smart to stand firm on your offer. You're not desperate for deals.

Thanks Shae! My realtor is kind of peaved at me. It's not her money :)

People think $5K isn't a big deal, but if you're wholesaling the deal it makes a big difference. You're actually looking to "wholetail" all your deals to homeowners though right? Following Bob Norton's formula?

Mostly. This one I was going to sell turnkey to the Hawaii couple. FHA buyers are the goal, but conv or cash is ok too, and quicker (no 90 day rules). But, yep, marketing to the owner occupieds :) $5K is HUGE to me....I wonder if it will always be that way? I'll see in about a year or so. :)

Stay firm Kelly! I agree with you both, other people see $5k as nothing but wholesaling/wholetailing puts the property in a whole other category.
